The next meeting has not been approved yet. The Desired Future Condition is open for public comments until July 26, 2026. Written comments are to be sent to the District office. The board will have a public hearing on the DFC sometime before then. The DFC is available under the DFC tab. The moratorium on Drilling and Production permits is available under the applications tab.
The Bee Groundwater Conservation District was created by the legislature in 2001 and confirmed by the voters in January of 2002. The district mission is as follows:
DISTRICT MISSION
The Bee Groundwater Conservation District will strive to develop, promote, and implement water conservation, augmentation, and management strategies to protect water resources for the benefit of the citizens, economy, and environment of the district.
